Autism & Adhd Evaluations with Therapeutic Integration

More Than a Diagnosis—A Therapeutic Process for Understanding and Growth.

Why Seek an Autism or ADHD Evaluation with Me?

  • For your own understanding: You may have always felt that certain things are harder for you, and you’re seeking clarity and insight.

  • For those who feel overlooked: Especially for women and high-masking individuals, it’s common to wonder if you were missed or misdiagnosed earlier in life. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences and strengths fit into a bigger picture.

  • For therapy or treatment planning: My evaluations help you and your therapist (or other provider) figure out what kinds of support will truly meet your needs.

  • For validation and relief: Sometimes, just putting a name to your experiences can bring relief. Other times, understanding your unique strengths and challenges can be just as empowering.

  • For your relationships and family life: Exploring how your brain works can help you navigate relationships and build a more self-compassionate, supportive environment.

What Sets This Process Apart

Therapeutically Integrated
These evaluations aren’t just about checklists or forms—they’re about deep understanding and growth. Throughout the process, you’ll have time to reflect, ask questions, and process what you’re learning. Because I bring a therapist’s lens to the evaluation, sessions feel more collaborative and supportive. It’s about understanding yourself and finding ways to move forward—not just getting a label.

Neurodiversity-Affirming
I don’t see Autism and ADHD as flaws, but as meaningful ways of being for some people. My evaluations honor your strengths, needs, and identity, whether or not neurodivergence is the ultimate explanation for what you’re experiencing.

Specialized
I hold certifications in Autism (ASDCS) and ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) and have nearly 15 years of experience in therapy and evaluations. I also trained under a psychologist and neuropsychologist for almost a decade, conducting Autism and ADHD evaluations.

Timely and Accessible
No month- or year-long waitlists. You’ll be offered an appointment within one week.

What to Expect

• In-depth discussion exploring your history and current concerns
• Targeted diagnostic interview
• Various self-report tools providing measurable data
• Information from family or loved ones
• Feedback session to review results, recommendations, questions, and next steps
• Built-in therapeutic support throughout to help you process and integrate what’s coming up

After the Evaluation

When the evaluation is complete, you’ll have a chance to choose how to move forward. Many clients continue working with me in a time-limited therapy format that builds directly on what we discovered during the evaluation. This could include:

  • Working on executive functioning and daily routines

  • Processing the emotions that come with a new diagnosis

  • Improving communication skills and self-advocacy

  • Preventing burnout and finding more balance

This therapeutic bridge—going from clarity to action—can be a powerful next step.

Limitations of My Evaluations

These evaluations do not include intellectual testing, and I do not provide a written report. If you need intellectual testing or a report for accommodations or benefits, an evaluation with a licensed psychologist may be more appropriate. I’m happy to help you figure out what kind of evaluation would best support your needs.
